To what countries does MyBarong ship orders?

We're happy to ship orders to any country in the world.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery date for all orders is automatically calculated during checkout. During checkout, you may choose from the shipping modes available to your address. We try to offer you a range of shipping options, from standard to overnight shipping.

What if I need Saturday delivery?

(verify if Saturday delivery option can be displayed & properly priced in checkout)

To assure Saturday delivery, you must choose during checkout:

"UPS Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery" or
"UPS Second Day Air with Saturday Delivery"

Some locations cannot receive UPS Saturday deliveries, in which case this option will not appear during checkout.

The shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight & the shipment speed you choose. We try to offer you a range of shipping options, from standard to overnight shipping.

What are the import taxes that my country charges when I receive a package / order from the U.S.?

We are not able to keep current information regarding the various countries' import / customs policies and taxes. We fully itemize and report value on all packages shipped to locations outside the U.S., and urge you to find out what taxes, if any, you might be charged by your government customs department.

By ordering from MyBarong, and designating an address outside of the U.S. as the shipping address, you agree to pay for any customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment charged by or on behalf of the destination country's customs department.

You further authorize MyBarong to charge your credit card for any unpaid customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees in the event that the customs department or courier, acting on behalf of the customs department, is unable to secure your payment for the above duty, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

What's your return policy?

All MyBarong products are covered by our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy for 30 days*. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product(s), you may return the product(s) in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) with all original packaging for a refund. For returned "In Stock" items, the refund will be the full purchase price. For returned "Custom Tailor" & "3-Week Tailor" garments, the refund will be the purchase price minus a 29% re-stocking fee.

To do a return: Please contact us by email, or call customer service at 877-822-7664 to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)

Refund is issued in same form as payment was received (i.e. credit card) when the returned item is received in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) and with all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.) within 30 days from the date you received your order. Shipping charges not refunded.

When sending your return, please be sure to: - write the RMA# on the outside of your package - write the RMA# on the packing slip or on a copy of your order & include it inside the package.

*Important: Returns that are not sent to the designated address with the RMA# written on the outside of the package & included inside the package with the returned item(s) may be lost or incorrectly processed. We are not responsible for returns sent without an RMA# &/or not sent to the Returns Dept. address.

What's your exchange policy?

In order to do an "exchange":

  1. Submit a new order (online or phone order) for the replacement item(s) to ensure that the item(s) is available.
  2. Return the original item(s) per our return policy. Refund is issued after the returned item(s) are received in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) and with all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.)
