For U.S. shipping addresses:

If you refuse the shipment, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive.

For non-U.S. shipping addresses:

By ordering from MyBarong, and designating an address outside of the U.S. as the shipping address, you agree to pay for any customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment charged by or on behalf of the destination country's customs department. You further authorize MyBarong to charge your credit card for any unpaid customs duty, tax, brokerage fees, or other fees in the event that the customs department or courier, acting on behalf of the customs department, is unable to secure your payment for the above duty, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with your order shipment.

If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are processed by our automated system at 11:00 AM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday). This automated process is irreversible, and thus we incur labor & processing charges if we manually cancel an order afterward. So, the following is our order cancellation policy:

In-Stock Items

We strongly advise you to call to request for a cancellation. If you are calling after our business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday), please leave a message stating your name, sales order number, item(s) you want canceled, and reason for canceling.

If you cancel your order or item(s) in your order BEFORE the cut-off time of 11:00 AM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday), it will be cancelled free of charge.

If you cancel AFTER the cut-off time of 11:00 AM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday), a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders that are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be treated as an order return, and will still incur the shipping charge that was selected during checkout.  The shipping charge will be deducted from the return refund.

Custom Tailor & Made-To-Order Items

If you cancel your order or item(s) in your order BEFORE the cut-off time of 11:00 AM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday), it will be cancelled free of charge.

If you cancel AFTER the cut-off time of 11:00 AM (Pacific Time, Monday to Friday), a re-stocking fee of 29% (of the purchase price of the item) will be deducted from the refund.  This is because the production of these items begins as soon as the order is received, and once the production begins, the embroidery, fabric, & tailoring work cannot be cancelled without significant waste of materials & work.
